Shipping

Free worldwide shipping. All store items will be shipped within 2-3 business days via tracked Canada Post parcel. 

For special order items, shipping time will be confirmed via email.

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your order, you have 7 days from receiving your watch to inform us about your intentions to return it. The customer will bear the costs of return shipping unless the product is defective.

In order to be eligible for a return, the watch must be unused and in its original packing as you received it. We will require a receipt or a proof or purchase to complete the return. 

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. Based on the result of the inspection, you will also be notified if your refund is approved or rejected. All refunds are issued upon inspection of the merchandise, and will be processed within 10-20 business days.
